Microgreens, Edible Flowers & Herbs for San Diego Chefs
Fresh. Local. Harvested to Order.
You know the box: it shows up three days from its sell-by date, already a little wet, already a little limp — and you paid full price for produce that's halfway to the trash. The violas fold the moment they hit a warm plate. The microgreens flatten by service. By Wednesday you're reordering because Monday's delivery won't survive the weekend.
That's not a product problem. It's a distribution problem. Most wholesale greens and flowers pass through two or three hands — a grower, a distributor, sometimes a broker — and every stop burns another day of shelf life before they reach you.
Ours pass through one. We grow in Oceanside, cut to order, and most deliveries are in your walk-in within hours of harvest. One grower, one delivery, hand to hand.

Why Chefs Stick With Us
Most chefs don't switch suppliers over one bad delivery — they switch because the bad deliveries become routine, and they're tired of absorbing the loss.
Here's what changes when it's cut the same day it's delivered:
-
It holds on the line. Structure, color, and flowers that survive the pass — not just the photo.
-
True color, sharper flavor. Microgreens and flowers fade fast after cutting. Ours haven't had days to dull.
-
Less thrown away. You pay for what you plate, not for a cushion against spoilage.
-
The same quality, every delivery. No guessing which week the good batch shows up.
And if something's ever off, you don't navigate a support line — you text us, and we fix it.
"One thing that truly stood out was the longevity and freshness. I transported a large order in an ice chest from Southern California to San Francisco — the greens arrived in perfect condition and stayed fresh enough to use again days later. As someone who works with highly perishable ingredients, I was genuinely blown away."

Weekly Standing Orders
Most of our restaurant partners settle into a standing weekly order once they know their rhythm:
- Priority harvest scheduling — your order is planned for, not squeezed in
- The same delivery day every week, across San Diego County
- One point of contact for changes, questions, or a last-minute add
- Flex the harvest for a big event or busy weekend — just let us know

Frequently Asked Questions
How fresh is it on delivery?
Cut to order — same day as delivery, or the day before at most. We don't pull from standing inventory.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes, for restaurants, caterers, and chefs. Contact us and we'll go over current availability and pricing for your kitchen.
What's your minimum order?
We work with kitchens of every size, from a single tasting menu to a full banquet program. Reach out and we'll recommend the right setup.
Can we order weekly?
Yes — most of our restaurant partners are on a standing weekly delivery across San Diego County.
Do you deliver directly to restaurants and caterers?
Yes, directly to your kitchen or event prep site. No middleman, no distribution warehouse in between.
Can you grow specific varieties or match a color palette?
Often, yes. Tell us the variety, palette, and date, and we'll plan the harvest around it where we can.
Are your edible flowers safe to eat?
Yes. Every variety we grow for chefs in our edible flower collection is a true culinary edible flower, grown pesticide-free specifically for plating. We also offer floral garnishes, which are flowers primarily used for visual impact, such as Orchids.
